At the 14th Annual Conference of the American Cheese Society held in Seattle, Washington from August 15-17, 1997, the following Calabro Cheese products were given awards:

• Fresh Mozerella "Fior di Latte"

At the 16th United States Cheese Contest, sponsored by the Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association, the following Calabro Cheeses were given awards:

• Whole Milk Ricotta
• Caciocavallo
